Advance Services has been recognized by our insurance provider for the effectiveness of our injury prevention program, and, most importantly, the results it helps our customers achieve: fewer workplace injuries and greater production. 

Our safety program, led by Keesha Bruce, is as unique as it is effective. Clients and employees have come to trust that effectiveness when choosing a staffing partner. 

Proactive Prevention 

An effective safety program isn’t simply about responding when an injury occurs. It’s about identifying risks early and taking action to prevent injuries from happening in the first place.  

Advance Services conducts one-on-one screenings with all applicants. Once a qualified candidate is identified, workplace safety and preparation for the assignment is at the heart of what we do. Every candidate is thoroughly screened and prepared for the unique assignment they are destined for.  

Rather than treating safety as a checklist, we make injury prevention part of the ongoing conversation between our teams, our employees, and the customers we serve.  

On Assignment 

Advance Services’ employees help create a safer work environment while on assignment with our customers. We reward our employees every week they have perfect attendance with zero unsafe work acts through our safety program. Our proactive retention program also reminds employees of safety expectations and goals throughout their assignment, with specific and unique touchpoints based on their assignment. 

If an injury does occur, Advance Services’ 24-hour nurse triage hotline, medical case management, and return to work program assist our employees and customers with treating the injury and getting them back to work.

• 646% increase in hours per incident since the program’s inception. 

• <1.0 modification rate. 

• 29.6% reduction in incidents since 2020. 

• Meet and exceed all our insurance carrier’s (CorVel) averages across ALL industries. 

• Workers’ compensation insurance policies with A-rated carriers.
