Employee Benefits

Advance Services is pleased to be able to offer benefit programs to its employees who have satisfied the active full-time employment eligibility requirements from the listed benefit programs. We realize that each of our employees has an obligation to provide for themselves and for their families. We structure our programs so they will offer significant benefits at affordable costs to the employees.

 

Transitional Health Insurance
Transitional Insurance is available to employees who at their request and expense need coverage prior to becoming eligible for the Group Health Plan. This is a short term medical insurance policy available to all employees on their hire date.

Group Health Insurance
Group Health Insurance is offered to all full-time employees (36+ hours per week) who have worked 90 days. Advance Services will pay 50% of Employee Health Insurance. There is a prescription drug savings and discount program included at no additional cost.

401K Retirement
All employees are eligible for 401K after one (1) year of service. 100% vested immediately; the employee chooses the percentage to be deducted weekly for their contribution.

Paid Vacation
Employees will receive one work week paid vacation after one year of continuous employment and 1800 hours with Advance Services.

Injury Prevention Program
Every employee is set up on our Injury Prevention Program where they earn incentives each week. This program is focused on rewarding those employees who say injury-free and maintain a good attendance record. Employees will earn Safety Bucks each week that can be redeemed for Advance Services merchandise in our Safety Stores.
