Advance Services was founded in 1994 by Paul Sandall out of Norfolk, Nebraska. Since then, the company has grown to over 35 branch locations across the nation. Advance Services has developed a large customer base within 22 states through our honest, friendly and service oriented hard working relationships. We pride ourselves on delivering qualified and dependable workers to our customers by spending more time with clients and employees up front to make a better match. Advance Services's success and longevity in this highly competitive business can be attributed to our solid business model, which is based on our "Golden Rule" - How you treat applicants when they walk in the door is how they will treat you.

With over 18 years of staffing expertise, Advance Services has grown to be one of the largest staffing services in the Midwest. We currently have over 40 offices serving over 1,100 customers spread across the nation. Our consistent growth has been customer driven, attributed to our ability to customize our staffing services in order to meet the needs of our diversified client base.
